Reiki Sessions

Reiki is a Japanese hands-on technique for stress reduction and relaxation that existed in ancient times and was rediscovered and founded by Dr. Mikao Usui in 1922. Reiki is a favored type of alternative healing therapy. Why is it so popular? Because it is safe for anyone to receive as a treatment!

Cost:

Initial Session $150

Follow Up Sessions: $125

Literally, anyone can benefit from Reiki. Reiki is an amazing form of an energy pick-me-up or relaxation as well as can be incredibly healing on multiple levels.

Reiki is non-invasive and can assist anyone in any condition.

Yoga Therapy

In Yoga Therapy, I work with my clients individually with the concerns they wish to work on (anxiety, depression, grief, and more).

Taking yogic practices (breathing, postures, and meditation, for example), I help them find a pathway towards healing

Initial: $150

Follow Up: $100

In a yoga class, poses (and breath) are combined to form a sequence. Classes (both group and individual) still seek a goal.

The difference is in the application. Yoga therapy is more individualized and often for specific conditions.

In private yoga sessions, you can get a personalized touch, however the education will be different if seeking private sessions from a yoga instructor versus a yoga therapist. As a Yoga Therapist, my goal is to use yogic techniques to reach healing for your specific concern versus what I have at my disposal as a yoga instructor.

Tarot Card Session

Tarot is a reflective tool that helps you tune into your intuition and consider new perspectives. Rather than predicting the future, tarot acts like a mirror—highlighting what’s going on beneath the surface, what you already know and what so many of us aren’t listening to daily. We’re all so busy!

A reading can help you slow down, check in with yourself, and explore your thoughts and feelings with curiosity and compassion. Many people use tarot for self-reflection, journaling, and personal growth. Think of it like a guided conversation with your inner wisdom.

You don’t need to be psychic, spiritual, or experienced to benefit. You just need curiosity and a willingness to listen to yourself.

Tarot doesn’t take away your free will or tell you what must happen. It simply offers perspective—so you can make choices that feel aligned and authentic.

Cost:

$100 per session

Tarot is not predictive or prescriptive—it's reflective and supportive

Many people use tarot for:

  • Self-reflection

  • Journaling prompts

  • Personal growth

  • Exploring decisions and emotions

You don’t need to believe anything special to use tarot—it works best when you treat it as a thoughtful conversation with yourself.

Each card reflects themes, emotions, and experiences that are common to the human journey. I work with you to both give you my own insight on these themes based on my knowledge and intuition as well as help you to tap into your own intuition to better understand what you are seeing and help you outside of the readings!

A collection of colorful tarot cards and a tarot deck box called "Wild Reflections" arranged on a gray furry surface. The cards depict mystical and fantasy-themed imagery, including a woman meditating, magical symbols, a sunflower, a bow and arrow, a woman with a lion, and a woman with a ladybug. The cards include titles like "the Hermit," "Ace of Cups," "Ace of Pentacles," "Ace of Swords," "King of Swords," and "Strength."
